About the Programme
This master's degree programme bridges the gap between theory and practice of leadership in our fast-changing world. It produces academically sound transformational leaders who can apply sound principles and foundations to bring sustainable change in their sphere of influence. Graduates receive an edge in leading organizations both in the public and private sectors as agents of change. Accreditation
SALT University College (SUC) is accredited by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) to run Master’s and Ph.D Programmes.

Admission Requirements
Admission into the programme is based on the following:
- A good bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division.
- Candidates with a third-class may still apply if they have obtained a relevant postgraduate qualification OR have requisite working experience.
