Communication for Leaders and Managers
This course equips aspiring leaders and managers with the communication skills essential for organizational success. It explores foundational elements such as the communication process, interpersonal dynamics, self-awareness, and effective use of channels and mediums. Learners analyze how perception—both of themselves and others—shapes communication and develop strategies to engage diverse audiences purposefully. Through practical application and critical reflection, participants enhance their ability to communicate across teams and organizational boundaries with clarity and effectiveness.

Guest Lecture Series - MA
Guest Lecture Series
are designed to stimulate healthy conversations among members of the
SALT Institute community and the general public on contemporary issues
of national/global interest.
It will bring together seasoned academicians and industry-players to provide relevant perspectives on the subjects taught in our classrooms.
The Guest Seminars will be held bi-weekly and will take place online. The Zoom links will be circulated prior to the date for each seminar.
Participation is COMPULSORY for all students of the Institute.
